If you are ready to accept and implement new ways of thinking, you too can once again find happiness and shrug that shroud of Depression. If you are not willing to accept new ways of thinking, you need not read any further. Book mark this site and come back to it when you are sick and tired of feeling Depressed and are willing to make some major changes. If you read on I know there is a lot of text to read. I tried to put summaries where possible to get you started and make reading easier. You will however need to read and understand all the text at some point.
